In a demonstration of camaraderie, esprit de corps, and inter-agency cooperation, the newly appointed Police Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, Superintendent of Police Abimbola Adebisi, was warmly received by the State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Lagos State Command, Mr. Keshinro Adedotun, alongside the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Superintendent of Corps Oluwaseun Abolurin, at the Command Headquarters on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
The Lagos State Commandant charged both the host and visiting PROs to strengthen collaboration and cooperation in order to sustain public confidence in the services of both agencies across the state.
He affirmed that while the NSCDC remains focused on protecting the nation’s Critical National Assets and Infrastructure (CNAI) through effective collaboration, the Corps is also committed to supporting the Police and other security agencies in fulfilling their statutory mandates.
In her response, SP Abimbola Adebisi expressed sincere gratitude to the Commandant for the warm reception and pledged to deepen collaboration with the NSCDC. She emphasised the mutual benefits of such cooperation, particularly in enhancing crime reduction, conflict de-escalation, and public safety in Lagos State.
