Infinix has officially launched the HOT 70 Series, introducing an industry-first lineup of 12 trend-forward colorways under its new Dynamic Shine Design philosophy. The company says the new series is its most fashion-forward HOT release yet, created for a new generation of young users who see smartphones as an extension of personal style.
In a smartphone market where many devices increasingly look similar, Infinix is positioning the HOT 70 as a bold alternative built around a simple idea: smartphones should express personality, not just performance.
Anchored on the “Colorful, Versatile, Fun” proposition, the HOT 70 combines expressive design, One-Tap AI features, and everyday durability into a unified experience aimed at users who move fluidly between style, productivity, and entertainment.
Dynamic Shine Design Brings Bold Color Expression
The HOT 70 Series introduces six primary colorways, expanding user choice and personalization. The device is slim and lightweight at 7.49mm thickness and 195g weight, and features a Baby-Smooth coating designed to resist fingerprints while maintaining a soft touch feel.
A standout variant, Thermo Orange, features a temperature-responsive back cover powered by Dual-way Thermo Sensing Skin technology.
The bistable thermochromic finish shifts between shades of orange depending on temperature, deepening at low temperatures and becoming lighter in higher heat conditions.
The surface also supports custom imprinting, allowing users to create personalized patterns or markings on the back panel.
Other variants, including Quiet Violet and Green Texture, feature a Lumina Flare Dynamic Flame Texture that creates flowing light-reflection patterns when tilted. These designs are inspired by natural and atmospheric elements, offering a more fashion-oriented aesthetic.
The rear camera module is finished with a Crystal Mood Island design, which refracts light to create subtle iridescent reflections, turning a typically functional area into a design highlight.
One-Tap AI Brings Smarter Everyday Interaction
The HOT 70 introduces a dedicated One-Tap AI Button, designed for instant access to key AI functions without navigating menus.
A short press activates AI FlashMemo, which captures on-screen content and intelligently interprets user intent. For example, flight details can be converted into calendar events, contact information can be saved automatically, and emails can be prepared directly from detected text.
Captured data is organized in AI MindHub, a centralized smart storage system that categorizes notes, screenshots, and media into a searchable knowledge base.
A long press activates Folax AI, which provides access to multiple AI models, including ChatGPT and Google Gemini, allowing users to compare responses in real time without switching apps.
The device also includes AI-powered personalization tools such as custom wallpapers, AI Eraser, AI Live Photo Mode, and AI Extender for photo enhancement and editing.
Battery, Performance, and Display
The HOT 70 Series is equipped with a 6000mAh battery (or 5600mAh in select variants) and supports 45W fast charging, capable of reaching full charge in about one hour.
It also introduces Bypass Charging, which powers the device directly from the charger during intensive use to reduce heat and preserve battery health.
The smartphone features a 6.78-inch 120Hz display with up to 700 nits brightness, designed for smooth visuals and outdoor visibility. Performance is powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate chipset, supporting multitasking, gaming, and media consumption.
Durability and Security Features
Infinix says the HOT 70 is built for durability, offering IP65 dust and splash resistance, along with SGS-certified drop protection, including resistance to 1.5m drops and multiple impact tests.
Additional features include Folax Speaker Cleaner, which uses sonic vibration to remove dust and moisture, and XGuard Full-Link Protection, which provides privacy controls, app security, and ad blocking.
The device also supports Pure Voice noise cancellation for clearer calls and UltraLink connectivity, enabling Bluetooth communication of up to 1.5km in signal-limited environments.
On the software side, the HOT 70 runs XOS 16 and is promised to receive up to three major OS upgrades and five years of security updates on supported models.
HOT 70 Pro Preview and Availability
Infinix also previewed the upcoming HOT 70 Pro, which is expected to bring further improvements in design, imaging, AI capabilities, and performance.
The HOT 70 Series is available in Thermo Orange, Quiet Violet, Green Texture, Night Pulse, Silver Dancer, and Dive Blue, with storage options ranging from 128GB to 256GB and RAM configurations from 4GB to 8GB, plus up to 8GB of virtual RAM expansion.
