Founded in June 1998 as a power generator solutions provider, JMG has evolved into one of Nigeria’s most trusted engineering companies, delivering integrated solutions across multiple sectors of the economy.

Speaking on the milestone, JMG’s Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, described the anniversary as a celebration of resilience, innovation and the enduring confidence of customers and partners who have contributed to the company’s success over the years.

A major highlight of JMG’s recent achievements is its investment in sustainable energy solutions. The company recently commissioned solar hybrid power systems at three NIPCO fuel stations located in Gwagwalada, Lekki and Mpape.
The installations combine solar arrays, lithium battery storage and smart inverter technology to provide uninterrupted clean energy while eliminating dependence on diesel-powered generation.
According to the company, the projects have significantly reduced energy costs and support Nigeria’s transition toward cleaner and more efficient energy solutions.
In the healthcare sector, JMG delivered a comprehensive electrical power infrastructure solution for the African Medical Centre of Excellence in Abuja.
The project provides a reliable and scalable power backbone capable of supporting critical medical equipment, surgical theatres and other essential healthcare operations where uninterrupted electricity is crucial.
The company also demonstrated its expertise in vertical transportation through the installation of advanced elevator and escalator systems at the J.K. Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History in Lagos.
The customised solution improved accessibility across the facility while addressing complex architectural requirements and enhancing mobility for elderly and physically challenged visitors.
Beyond its engineering projects, JMG said community development remains central to its corporate philosophy. Through interventions at primary healthcare centres in Ketu and Bariga, the company has supported efforts to improve access to healthcare services and strengthen community wellbeing.
Its social impact initiatives also extend to orphanage homes, where it provides assistance, essential supplies and support for vulnerable children, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility.
