Wema Bank has announced that it will sponsor a special celebrity artiste performance at the wedding of Rita Ndukwe and Jemil Adama on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2026.
The initiative is part of the bank’s Valentine campaign inspired by the “Evolution” theme of its upgraded digital platform, tagged “ALAT: The Evolution.” The campaign, which kicked off on February 1, 2026, celebrates the journey of love across four categories: self-love, friendship, romantic relationships and marriage.
Titled “Evolution of Love, Powered by Wema Bank,” the campaign invited singles, friends, couples and married partners to share one-minute videos highlighting their love stories and how their relationships have grown over time.
At exactly 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, the bank unveiled Rita Ndukwe and Jemil Adama as the couple selected to receive the ultimate Valentine experience — a live performance by a celebrity artiste at their wedding ceremony on February 14.
The announcement has since sparked excitement online, with many anticipating the big reveal of the artiste set to perform at the special Valentine celebration.
