We are deeply saddened by the passing of the esteemed founder of the Anambra Core Media Advocates, Dr. Harris Udokama Chuma-Odili, popularly known as Ogene Ogbunike, who departed this life on August 23, 2025.
As a passionate advocate for responsible media practice in the region, Dr. Chuma-Odili made enduring contributions to journalism and media advocacy in Anambra. His work promoted ethics, accountability, and civic engagement, leaving an indelible mark on the media landscape.
His unwavering efforts in advancing media literacy and empowering citizens through informed discourse have created a lasting legacy. His commitment to elevating public dialogue has inspired many within and beyond the media community.
