This approval by the Exchange’s Board Listings and Markets Committee underscores FMDQ Exchange’s role as a trusted and efficient platform, while highlighting the growing adoption of market-based financing solutions by corporates operating across key sectors of the Nigerian economy, including logistics and supply chain services.

The net proceeds from the CP issuances, sponsored by Mulberry Advisory Services Limited (Lead Sponsor), AIICO Capital Limited, and Apel Asset Limited, all Registration Members (Quotations) of FMDQ Exchange, will be used to strengthen SKLD’s working capital position, support operational expansion, and enhance its capacity to deliver efficient logistics solutions nationwide.
