Quadrant MSL has been named PR Agency of the Year (Digital) at the Nigeria Digital PR Awards 2026, in recognition of its innovative approach to digital storytelling, creator-led content and audience engagement.
The award recognises the agency’s work in developing communication campaigns that help brands build meaningful relationships with audiences while generating measurable engagement across digital platforms.
One of the projects highlighted was MTN Nigeria’s Live It 100 on Campus, a youth-focused campaign designed to connect with students through entertainment, technology, creativity and empowerment.
The campaign combined physical activations with digital storytelling, using content creators and real-time online engagement to extend the experience beyond event venues and sustain conversations across digital platforms.
Through the initiative, students were encouraged to participate in activities, share their experiences and engage with MTN beyond its traditional telecommunications services.
The approach reflects the growing importance of digital public relations in modern brand communication, where audience participation, relevant content and shareable experiences increasingly shape how organisations connect with consumers.
Commenting on the recognition, Chidinma Nwankwo, Head of Business at Quadrant MSL, said the award reflected the agency’s commitment to understanding changing audience behaviour and developing communications that encourage meaningful engagement.
“The way people discover, discuss and respond to brands has changed significantly, and that requires us to think differently about how we approach communications,” Nwankwo said.
She explained that digital platforms provide opportunities for brands to understand their audiences, participate in relevant conversations and create content that people genuinely want to engage with.
According to her, the recognition also reflects the dedication of the agency’s team and the confidence its clients continue to place in its work.
The five-member selection panel, chaired by Datari Ladejo, selected Quadrant MSL following a nominations process that ran from August 17 to September 18, 2026.
The recognition comes amid the increasing influence of digital platforms on brand visibility, reputation management and relationships between businesses and their audiences.
The Nigeria Digital PR Awards, themed “Art of Influence,” are presented by the Nigeria Digital PR Summit, established by Upticomm Marketing Company and endorsed by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Digital Engagement, Strategy and New Media.
Since its establishment in 2016, the summit has brought together communication professionals, brands, content creators and policymakers to promote the development of digital public relations.
Quadrant MSL’s latest recognition further strengthens its portfolio of work spanning public relations, digital engagement and culture, as organisations increasingly explore new ways to connect with audiences beyond traditional media channels.
The award also underscores the growing role of digital communication strategies in helping brands remain relevant, encourage audience participation and build lasting relationships with consumers.
