Akpoti-Uduaghan Appreciates Husband’s Support Ahead of 2027 Kogi Central Race
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has expressed gratitude to her husband, High Chief Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan, for backing her political ambition as she prepares for the 2027 Kogi Central Senatorial election.
The lawmaker shared the message on her verified Instagram page, @natashaakpoti, where she posted photos of herself and her husband holding nomination documents of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In her statement, Akpoti-Uduaghan revealed that her husband personally purchased her nomination form for the 2027 senatorial race. She noted that she would not have taken the step toward contesting the election without his support, describing his gesture as a strong source of encouragement.
The senator, who currently represents Kogi Central, reaffirmed her commitment to seeking re-election, signalling the beginning of her preparations for the upcoming polls.
