Flexmobile, a telecom brand developed by Hazon Technologies, is set to enter the Nigerian market, with a commercial rollout targeted for June 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
The company has concluded commercial agreements with Airtel Nigeria and mobile virtual network enabler IMBIL, positioning it to operate within Nigeria’s established telecom infrastructure framework.
According to Dr. Victor ’Gbenga Afolabi, Group CEO of Hazon Technologies, the launch follows over three years of strategic planning and partnership development.
Flexmobile is expected to introduce services aimed at enhancing flexibility and expanding access to telecom offerings, particularly for digitally active consumers.
Industry analysts say the entry of mobile virtual network operator (MVNO)-backed services could drive increased competition and innovation in the sector, especially in the area of value-added services.
The planned rollout remains subject to final tariff approval by the Nigerian Communications Commission.
