Lagos – FMDQ Securities Exchange Limited has approved the quotation of Sycamore Integrated Solutions Limited’s ₦6.89 billion Commercial Papers (CPs) under its ₦20 billion Commercial Paper Programme, further strengthening access to short-term funding in Nigeria’s capital market.
The approval, granted by the Exchange’s Board Listings and Markets Committee, covers ₦1.82 billion Series 1 Tranche A and ₦5.07 billion Series 1 Tranche B Commercial Papers. According to FMDQ Exchange, the development underscores its commitment to promoting an efficient, transparent, and resilient debt capital market that supports sustainable economic growth.

The proceeds from the commercial paper issuances, sponsored by BAS Capital Limited, a Registration Member (Quotations) of FMDQ Exchange, will be used to strengthen Sycamore’s working capital, expand its lending portfolio, and improve its capacity to deliver financial services to underserved market segments.
