The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, psc, FCSS, MNIPR, received the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, Prof. Fatiu Abiola Arogundade, MD, FMCP, alongside members of the university management team at the Command Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta.

The visit underscored the importance of strengthening collaboration between the Nigeria Police Force and academic institutions, particularly in ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and critical infrastructure within the university community.
Discussions also focused on proactive strategies to address emerging security concerns and enhance intelligence sharing between the institution and the Police.
CP Ojajuni expressed appreciation to the Vice Chancellor and his team for the visit and reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to providing adequate security and sustaining a safe and peaceful environment conducive to academic excellence across the state.
