As the world observes World Creativity and Innovation Day 2026, JMG Limited is highlighting how creativity can be translated into practical solutions that address real-world challenges.
The company, a leading integrated electro-mechanical solutions provider in Nigeria, said it remains committed to converting innovative ideas into systems that improve lives and support industrial growth. This year’s theme, “Harnessing Creativity for Global Progress,” aligns with JMG’s focus on engineering-driven innovation for social impact.
In 2025, the company executed a series of impactful projects across key sectors. At the Agboyi-Ketu Primary Health Care Centre, JMG installed a solar hybrid power system to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply for essential services such as emergency care, maternity, immunisation, and diagnostics.
In the industrial and commercial space, the company partnered with Lambert Electromec to deliver advanced cooling solutions for sections of West Africa’s largest data centre, strengthening critical digital infrastructure.
JMG also implemented solar installations at NIPCO fuel stations, resulting in estimated annual savings of ₦44.4 million. In addition, an air compressor upgrade at the Dangote Cement Plant improved operational efficiency, while a power and cooling system upgrade at Quick Buy Supermarket in Kano enhanced business performance and customer experience.
Speaking on the company’s approach, Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said innovation must go beyond ideas to deliver tangible impact.
“Innovation must solve real problems. It is not enough to build systems; those systems must improve lives,” he said.
Established by the United Nations, World Creativity and Innovation Day promotes the role of creative thinking in achieving sustainable development.
For JMG, the observance reinforces its belief that true innovation is measured not just by ideas, but by the real-world impact they deliver.
JMG Limited specialises in power generation, electrical infrastructure, vertical transportation, cooling systems, and air compressors, as well as clean energy solutions, including solar and hybrid systems.
