JMG Limited, Nigeria’s leading integrated electromechanical solutions company, has reinforced its market leadership with a series of high-impact engineering and infrastructure projects delivered in the first quarter of 2026.
The projects span industrial manufacturing, retail operations, and nationwide logistics, reflecting the company’s strategy of building interconnected systems that enhance efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
According to the company, the integrated approach is evident in recent deployments across key sectors. In the industrial space, operations at the Dangote Cement Gboko plant were significantly improved through a compressed air system upgrade executed by JMG Industrial, the company’s air compressor division.
Following a detailed system audit, airflow mapping, and performance evaluation, the intervention introduced eight Kaeser rotary lobe blower units designed for continuous-duty cement production, where compressed air stability is essential for material handling and pneumatic conveying systems.
The upgrade delivered notable performance improvements, with airflow efficiency increasing by 23 per cent and peak airflow capacity rising by up to 47 per cent. These gains have resulted in improved pressure stability, reduced energy losses, and enhanced production reliability at the plant.
Building on its industrial engineering momentum, JMG also expanded its systems integration into the retail sector with a full infrastructure upgrade for Quick Buy Supermarket.
The project, designed to support 24/7 operations, combined solutions from JMG Power, JMG Clima, and JMG Electra, creating a unified system covering power generation, cooling, and electrical infrastructure.
The installation features a hybrid power configuration comprising two FG Wilson 550kVA generators and a 330kVA unit powered by a Perkins engine, integrated with grid supply to ensure redundancy and seamless load management.
This is complemented by a hybrid HVAC system incorporating Trane rooftop units, VRF zoning systems, ducted airflow networks, and inverter-based split and cassette units to maintain optimal temperature control across retail and storage areas.
The redesigned electrical system enhances load stability, protection, and scalability, enabling coordinated performance between power and cooling infrastructure.
In the logistics sector, JMG further expanded its capacity through JMG Haulage with the addition of 20 heavy-duty trucks aimed at improving nationwide goods distribution.
Each truck is capable of carrying up to 24 pallets with a payload capacity of 45 tons, supporting large-scale movement across FMCG and industrial supply chains.
The new fleet includes both compressed natural gas (CNG)-powered trucks with a range of up to 1,400 kilometres and diesel-powered units, providing operational flexibility across different routes.
Commenting on the company’s performance, Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said the Q1 achievements reflect JMG’s commitment to delivering integrated and scalable solutions across critical sectors.

Overall, the projects reflect JMG’s systems-driven engineering approach, integrating power, HVAC, compressed air solutions, electrical infrastructure, and logistics into cohesive, high-performance ecosystems.
The company noted that the outcomes are already visible in improved industrial productivity, enhanced retail operations, and stronger nationwide distribution efficiency.
