Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, representing Lagos East Senatorial District, has commissioned three major projects in Ikosi-Ejinrin and Eredo LCDAs in Epe, alongside the unveiling of twelve completed motorised boreholes for residents across the district.
The commissioned projects include:
– A renovated and fully equipped Ado-Ikosi Primary Health Centre in Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA
– A newly constructed and equipped Primary Health Centre at Kula Nla, Odomola in Eredo LCDA
– A fully furnished block of classrooms at RCM Primary School, Ejinrin
Represented by his Special Assistant, Mr. Dele Abiru, and Hon. Olusegun Olulade (Eleniyan), Executive Director of Customer Centricity & Marketing at Galaxy Backbone Limited, Senator Abiru reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of his constituents through strategic investments in healthcare and education—key pillars for sustainable development.

“At Ado-Ikosi and Kula-Nla, residents now have better access to quality healthcare, while at Ejinrin, pupils can learn in a more conducive environment,” Senator Tokunbo Abiru stated during the handover of key constituency projects in Epe.
The commissioning was carried out on the Senator’s behalf by Hon. Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, and Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA. Both leaders praised Senator Abiru’s unwavering commitment to grassroots development.
“Today’s projects reflect his governance philosophy — ‘the greater good for the greater number.’ On behalf of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, we express our gratitude and pledge continued partnership for progress,” said Hon. Anomo.

Pupils and teachers of Roman Catholic Mission (RCM) Primary School, Ejinrin, have hailed the newly constructed classroom block facilitated by Senator Tokunbo Abiru as a “dream come true” that will greatly enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Delivering the goodwill message of LASUBEB Chairman, Dr. Hakeem Shittu, the Education Secretary of the Epe Local Government Education Authority, Hon. Shittu Aliu Idowu, commended the Senator for his outstanding contribution to educational development in Lagos East.
Similarly, residents of Kula Nla, Odomola in Eredo LCDA expressed joy over the newly built and fully equipped Primary Health Centre. The monarch of Odomola, HRM Oba Sulaimon Adebowale, thanked the Senator for the life-saving facility.
Executive Chairman of Eredo LCDA, Hon. Ismail Monsuru Akinloye, applauded Senator Abiru’s leadership style, which ensures no community is left behind.
Since his Senate election, Senator Abiru has delivered numerous impactful projects across Lagos East, including in education, healthcare, youth and women empowerment, guided by his “Doing Good” mantra.
Also unveiled were 12 solar-powered motorized boreholes located in: Majidun, Imota, Ilaje, Liadi Village, Igbogbo, Agbowa Ikosi, Isele 1, Baiyeku, Oreta, Igbo-Oluwo Estate, and Sabo Ikorodu.
Dignitaries present included royal fathers, council officials, community leaders, and political stakeholders.
