Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy, comedian Bovi and actor Timini Egbuson were among the celebrities and prominent personalities who attended the unveiling of JT Rides’ electric vehicle fleet in Lagos on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Burna Boy led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, which marked a major highlight of the launch as the company introduced its electric mobility service to the Lagos market.
Other notable personalities at the event included actors Damilola Adegbite and Efe Irele, Kiekie, Bella Okagbue, Erica Nlewedim, Eniola Badmus, Pretty Mike, Ola of Lagos, Egungun of Lagos and singer Sexy Steel.
The Macallan, a premium whisky brand, was also represented at the event, which attracted guests from the entertainment, lifestyle and business sectors.
Guests witnessed a demonstration of JT Rides’ electric vehicle fleet as the company showcased its mobility offerings and its approach to providing transportation services in Lagos.
Founded by Babatunde Oniyide, JT Rides offers services including chauffeur-driven rides, airport transfers, luxury vehicle rentals and courier services.
